Pre - Sale Questions

Although you can buy online without registering, doing so makes surfing the site simpler, with options such as saving favorite products so as to later make placing your order an easy task.

You don't have to register on our website to make a purchase, but you will have to provide data required by current legislation: name, last name, ID number, and a mailing address. To make your purchase simpler, El Mito de Gea will ask for you e.mail address and a phone number. That way, we can let you know when your order is ready for dispatch.

Shipments are free Peninsula, 10 euro and 15 euro Balearic Islands and Europe. Shipping costs to the rest of the World are 27 euros. In case of return of the goods, and as outlined in Article 44 of the Law of the Retail Trade, shipping costs borne by the customer.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal are all accepted.

All orders from countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes are included in the final price.

Deliveries from Switzerland
The price of each item already includes the sales tax (VAT) as well as all customs duties and handling fees._In case of a return, customs duties and handling fees will not be refunded.

Shipping & Returns

It is only possible to exchange an item for another of the same or higher price, paying the difference, within the first 15 days of receiving the article. The amount of purchase is not refunded, unless due to a flaw or imperfection, although prior to sending our products they are carefully observed.
Should you care to exchange any articles, please send them to the address indicated. The delivery cost will be paid by the customer; we recommend using a messenger service due to the type of product involved. No exchanges will be allowed for payment on delivery.

You can use whichever mailing address you choose, except for a PO Box. For example, if you'd like, you can send your order as a gift to another person, since all our accessorice is sent in a special gift package.

The photos on the website are exact images of the products, but keep in mind that they are high definition so that you can appreciate each piece in great detail. On certain occasions, a customer may detect differences related to the raw materials and production process which might affect the final product, as in those which are handmade. There might be slight difference in colors and details, depending on the monitor displaying the web page.
